Returns

We accept returns on items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team  with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with sending the item back to us.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
